We accept payment in either Pounds Sterling or Euro's on exchange rate at time of booking. A none refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking, and the remainder due 6 weeks prior to departure, with a £100 security bond which will be returned to you within 7 days of departure after inspection of the apartment has been carried out.  
We are flexible on both arrival and departure dates. We can arrange for late departures only when the apartment is not required on the same day for the arrival of our next guests. The normal time for vacating the apartment is 11am and occupancy is from 3pm for arriving guest subject to any prior arrangements.
